For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller for the UK, and South Africa is Prestige Skin SA (PTY), whose registered address is 1 Portswood Mews, 3 Thornhill Rsd,  Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa, 8005 and for the EU is Prestige Skin GmbH , whose registered address is Hinter der Heeg8, 56462 Hohn, Germany. 

We use a third-party payment processor (“Payment Processor") to process the payments that you make using our site.

Any payment transactions will be made through our Payment Processor who will be responsible for the protection of the information that you provide to them.
